Adoption of Ordinance 26-04

the Fillmore City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 26-04 adding to the Fillmore City Municipal Code, Title 9, Chapter 1.6, to establish a construction-code appeals procedure; providing for an independent appeal authority, hearings, decisions, and an effective date.  A copy of the ordinance is on file in the office of the Fillmore City Recorder and is available for public review Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  It is also posted on the Fillmore City website.  Passed and Adopted by the City Council of the City of Fillmore, Utah on the 13th day of October 2026.
